I am a 20-year-old journalism student at the University of Florida and an intern at The Gainesville Sun. I am originally from Miami, Fla. and plan on moving back after I graduate. I enjoy music, linguistics and anything having to do with the Internet. I am currently learning XHTML and CSS, which is why my personal Web site isn’t terribly impressive.

I started this blog to write about music in Gainesville, but not necessarily Gainesville music. I’m hoping to just write about people and things that catch my eye, and hopefully other G’ville music fans will want to join in the dialogue. I can be reached at noelness@ufl.edu.
